Inspiration for a life’s journey – NOOR (light)
It is no coincidence that the person who exemplifies “giving back” is my father, Noor. A kind and generous man, he taught me that lifting people’s spirits and touching hearts is the true path to happiness. Our family history in India spans over 600 years, where schools and hospitals were built to support communities. I remember fondly our home, Dewan Khana, where my parents fed the poor every week. Giving to others is planted deep in my soul, carried through centuries of legacy.
Today, I live a very simple life, guided by gratitude. I am grateful for my family—especially my daughter and little Boo—for their love. I am grateful for my small business, our beautiful community, the Rotary Club of Boca Raton, and my friends who inspire me with their hearts.
