My Purpose
My intention is to create a more beautiful world through authentic connection with my clients and everyone around me. I am passionate about beauty, believing that hair beauty begins with the earth’s rich elements. Why use harsh chemicals in shampoos, styling gels, and hair colors? They were created as substitutes for organic and natural elements, which do a better job. It’s better for the body and the earth to return to the source: super natural botanicals, fruits, and spices that promote health and shine without chemical side effects.
I am also fascinated by Ayurvedic hair and beauty products that support Prana Shakti (Life Force Energy) for all life on earth and to connect more with nature and use low to no chemicals.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a holistic, natural, and ancient Indian medical system that has been practiced for at least 5,000 years. The word Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). It's based on the idea that disease is caused by an imbalance in a person's consciousness, and that good health is achieved when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony with the universe.
What is Prana Shakti ?
In simple English it translates to Life Force Energy. Prana shakti is a term used in ancient India to describe the primordial cosmic energy that governs all physical functions in our body. Prana is the life force energy that supports all the functions of the body and mind, from digestion and immunity to growth and cognition. Prana shakti is one of three forms of shakti that energizes the body, mind, and soul, along with chitta shakti, which controls the mind, and atma shakti, which is associated with the soul or will power.

Cultivating authenticity-
Authenticity is being true to ourselves and living according to our beliefs and values; it is vital to our mental wellbeing.
In our privileged modern lives, we have been gifted freedom. Freedom to live where we want, choose our own career paths, and partner across different religions, ethnic backgrounds and vastly different upbringings. We are increasingly free to express our individuality in any way that seems relevant to us. But at the same time, an understanding of how to be authentically ourselves is not always a given. Our Modern Western culture praises individuality and authenticity. But in practice, there is little formal structure in place in our culture and our systems to help individuals to cultivate the ability to listen to our innermost voice, teaching us to translate their values, desires and abilities into the thoughts, actions and behaviours that will govern our lives.

Speaking from the heart allows us to build genuine connections with others. When we communicate authentically, we create a safe space for others to open up and share their own thoughts and emotions. This vulnerability fosters trust, deepens relationships, and cultivates a sense of belonging.
