My intention is to create a more beautiful world through practicing authentic connection with my clients & everyone I meet.

I am passionate about beauty. Hair beauty begins with earth’s rich elements! Why use harsh chemicals in shampoos, styling gels, and hair colors? They were created as substitutes for organic elements which does a better job. It’s better for the body and the earth to simply return to the source: super natural botanicals. fruits and spices to create health and shine with no chemical side effects.

I have been also working with Ayurvedic hair and beauty products to support Prana Shakti (Life Force Energy) for all lives.

What is Prana Shakti ?

In simple English it translates to Life Force Energy. Prana shakti is a term used in ancient India to describe the primordial cosmic energy that governs all physical functions in our body. Prana is the life force energy that supports all the functions of the body and mind, from digestion and immunity to growth and cognition. Prana shakti is one of three forms of shakti that energizes the body, mind, and soul, along with chitta shakti, which controls the mind, and atma shakti, which is associated with the soul or will power.

Prana is associated with feminine or creative energy, while shakti is associated with the universe.

Prana shakti is also associated with the body's inherent gifts, including:

Cultivating authenticity-

Authenticity is being true to ourselves and living according to our beliefs and values; it is vital to our mental wellbeing.

In our privileged modern lives, we have been gifted freedom. Freedom to live where we want, choose our own career paths, and partner across different religions, ethnic backgrounds and vastly different upbringings. We are increasingly free to express our individuality in any way that seems relevant to us. But at the same time, an understanding of how to be authentically ourselves is not always a given. Our Modern Western culture praises individuality and authenticity. But in practice, there is little formal structure in place in our culture and our systems to help individuals to cultivate the ability to listen to our innermost voice, teaching us to translate their values, desires and abilities into the thoughts, actions and behaviours that will govern our lives.

Being more authentic means knowing who you are, making better life choices, and feeling empowered, capable, and appreciating your own presence.

Authenticity and intuition are closely linked. Authenticity is about being true to yourself, including your values, beliefs, and individuality. It also involves expressing your genuine thoughts, emotions, and actions. Intuition is a deep, instinctive knowing that often arises without logical reasoning or external evidence. Some say that intuition is more self-reflective, authentic, and reflective of personal values. For example, intuition can be described as a "gut feeling" that arises quickly and holistically, without awareness of the underlying mental processing of information.

When you’re authentic, you are in alignment with your core identity and experience a sense of congruence and fulfilment.

Following your intuition, on the other hand, involves tapping into your inner wisdom and guidance to make decisions or take actions. Intuition is a deep, instinctive knowing that often arises without logical reasoning or external evidence. It can provide valuable insights, help you navigate uncertainties, and guide you towards choices that resonate with your deepest desires and values.

Establishing Meaningful Connections-

Speaking from the heart allows us to build genuine connections with others. When we communicate authentically, we create a safe space for others to open up and share their own thoughts and emotions. This vulnerability fosters trust, deepens relationships, and cultivates a sense of belonging.

Honoring Truth and Integrity: By speaking from the heart, we honor truth and integrity. When our words align with our values and beliefs, we foster a sense of self-respect and project an authentic image to those around us. This

transparency fosters respect and establishes a solid foundation for meaningful interactions.

Inspiring and Empowering Others: Authentic communication has the power to inspire and empower others. When we speak from the heart, we tap into our genuine emotions and experiences, which can resonate deeply with others. By sharing our stories, struggles, and triumphs, we offer validation, encouragement, and inspiration to those who may be going through similar journeys. And, we ALL have our own journeys.

My dream is to see a more beautiful, loving world around me.
